I'm hosting through MultiPlay and the ClanForge system, whenever my server restarts everything resumes back to normal whereas i'd like to keep decay/durability off etc.

PLEASE help, this is turning people away from my server.

If you don't care about changing it, you are probably going to get banned from the forums (3days). You can't create topics like this. (read rules sticky)

Try to clear your cache and cookies. Maybe that works.
