For people to lazy to read the news?
and btw, the first voice is good and sounds like a news anchor. Second voice feels out of place and should be entirely removed and only have the first voice guy do it solo :)
They both sound fine and do a good job , maybe the second spoke a bit too fast(still totally able to understand what he said) but that's kinda it.
