• My Server Not Showing In Browser

Hello. I have built a dedicated box and have a server up and running. I can connect, as well as anyone I give the client.connect address. It runs beautifully and doesn't even use half the resources on the box, with players connected. However, it doesn't show up in the in-game server browser. I have no idea where to start troubleshooting the issue. I know that my IP is routeable and static. The ports are open in the firewall for the game, is there anything additional that I need open? A heartbeat, ident or ping port? All help is appreciated.
Same problem. I already posted it here http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1429157 , but no answer :(
I run my own and shows in the server list, I opened port 28015 for the game and port 28016 as query port and then it shows, disable port 28016 and it will Not show...
do you have TCP or UDP ports open? should be UDP. but since you can connect via client.connect. that should be ok. and open port 28016 as well as the 28015. (or +1 port to what you are using) I believe its the steam query port. might help. might not. but its a start. EDIT: yeah what Wartai said.. didn't even see the reply.
I figured it was something like that. Thank you so much Wartai and crawfishdaddy! Exesto, I hope this helps you out as well. I opened 28016 in my firewall and router, and poof there I am! For any interested, I am not going to spam my server address here, but you will see it on the list. 8 core Intel I7 with 64gb DDR3 and a 250gb SSD. Dedicated 30mbit bandwidth up/down. Should be enough to run it quite smoothly. As for me, I will be on RCON, but playing on another server that I love "Reverend's Respit 2.0". Ultra nice folks, creative and fun.
I fixed it too, but i needed to open other ports. But i know that server listening on 28015 and query is 28016 for my. I open 27000-28100 (in win and in router) and only then it show up.
