Found my first cave and decided to move all my stuff in after sealing it with a door

Soon after building my first proper bridge in the new rust experimental branch, I found my first cave! After much trial and error with the hitbox/invisible surface issue in caves, I figured out how to seal it off and make a door, and then started moving all my stuff in and realized you can place boxes midair and all over the walls in the new caves:

If you place the foundations in the right spots, you can fit a 7 foundation (2x3 with 1 more pointing at the front of the cave) two story house inside the current caves. You can have two entrances on this house. One on the first floor on the foundation pointing at the front of the cave. And another entrance on the 2nd floor that leads out the side hole of the cave. Last time I made this house in a cave I couldn't put a roof on the 2nd floor because it ran into the top of the cave, but that serves just as well for a roof.
hahaha Boxy
I have been looking for caves for hours and hours still no luck :(

Try the coasts maybe?
Ya I have but I will continue looking since I really want a cave. I wish and can't wait (hope they add this) to have the ability to dig a certain distance below the surface. I think that would be so amazing.

Yes I agree, that is the least of my worries atm. Getting all the bugs worked out and the key issue lol also the sleeping bag in windows and a few other things are top priority. But yes caves and digging in the future ftw. :)
I think its time for a PC upgrade bro :v:
In case of fire... run?

even with the fastest pc you'd have an advantage turning everything down in graphics settings. for example: the swinging of weapons is faster with more fps, breaking into bases can be much quicker.

This is true, if you have 60 frames per second it basically means you can land double the hits that a 30 frames per second can on you. This is also true for internet speed, the more you have the faster you can run.
within reason of course. you cannot play faster than the game itself; it's just that people get "lag" in their reaction times based on the slower screen update, and their responses are delayed getting to and from the server based on the connection speed. so its not so much that you hit faster with a good connection and fps, but that you hit slower with a bad one.
