When I download it with or without -beta experimental it only downloads a file called empty.txt with the text "empty" (with the ")
What happened ?

Try using -beta development rather than -beta experimental (which no longer exists...)
Same with development
I understand if they temporary removed the build to push the builds fixing the big bugs like the one that allows really effective ddos but they gotta re-enable it once it's done
Bump. Makes impossible to automate Pluton builds on our linux jenkins server.
