[Experimental] Rust server crash on startup

Been unable to startup the server using this batch:
[I]RustDedicated.exe -batchmode +server.hostname "My Server Name" +server.port 28015 +server.identity "facepunchdev" +server.seed 6738[/I]

Anyone have an idea of what i could be doing wrong? Already got the 2012 version of C++ Redistributable.

Console screen writing
[B]HDR RenderTexture format is not supported on this platform. This camera will render without HDR buffers.[/B]

Without "-batchmode" it seems to launch. But with somekind of freeview over the map. Any way of handing it console only?

Its happens to me to when I run the Beta Experimental Server.
Clean install/download didn't do anything to help it either.

Normal (Experimental) Rust server works fine for me.

I do see a few Beta Experimental servers up. so its must be working for some folks.
