Yes that's right, the sun. whenever im in the desert it just drops my fps to like 40 looking towards it lol...I know staring at the sun can hurt your eyes and all ;) But seriously it's annoying every since the update with the bloom they added for absolutely no good reason... it's been lagging me hard. And i usually get 80-100 fps except during any important events such as gunfights or raids then im down to 30-40.

Also...the chat lag that still hasn't been fixed for like a year now. You open chat to type...5 fps..allows for some very smooth typing.
