I've had this problem since i bought the game.Everytime when i try joining a server it either freezes completely (game/computer) or takes half an hour to join , then having horrible lag. Tried everything , nothing worked.Hope you can help me with this
Sounds like your computer can't handle rust. Rust is an alpha game with no real optimization yet so lower end computers won't be able to run it. Post you specs and we can tell for sure if this is the problem or there's something else happening here

#edit : strange is that the cracked version works pretty fine.
Ram is your killer. And if you mean legacy by "cracked version" your way beyond that with rust as it is now. I'm running 12 gig of low latency ram and at times it takes my machine a minute or two to load everything on start up
not only the ram, your cpu and gpu is pretty old
yeah i know , but it can run decently the new games (i mean gta v at 40-50 frames with minimal settings).
and i wasnt talkin about legacy , but the experimental.might be a problem with the update. ill wait for the next one see if everything comes back to normal.sadly , i cant get a refund.

Yeah avatars is a finished and optimized game there's the difference. Rust is very much in development thus not optimized at all really. I'm sure when finished you will be able to play on lowered settings.
