Rust kills my drivers upon startup and mutes twitch streams

Odd problem, upon startup rust mutes my twitch streams, kills my wacom drivers and wont allow me to play any other steam games.

Only solution to this Is a reset, rust isnt running in my task manager, what could be the issue?

EAC is most likely stopping your Wacom tablet from working.

I saw another thread here a month or so ago with the same issue.

As for the other issues, I'm not sure. Hopefully someone will have some bright ideas =P
