Rust crashes randomly alot for me and then completly locks the pc, cant open chrome, steam etc. i cant even shut the pc off normaly i have to hold down power button to shutdown the pc.
what graphic card are u using?
I have the same problem when I exit rust.
Check the RAM usage
Disable Steam Overlay. I noticed that the process will continually run and cannot be killed. My problems stopped after disabled the overlay.
