In the last DevBlog they mentioned the problem with "Raid Bunkers" and the beds in there.
For this thing I suggest a "nerf-circle".
As you've wrote, you wanna reset the timer for all spawns within a range but this couldnt be a final solution.
This is where my idea would fit in.
Why wont you make some kind of timer in the bed and associate it with the "nerf-circle".
This means in theory:
When you place your spawn, there would be a reset circle. But which each hour the spawn is in the game this circle should decrease.
If you have i.e. an 50mdiameter, it decreases the size with i.e. 2% per hour.
This means after aprox 2 Days there would be no "nerf-circle" anymore.

it's a bit hard to read, but do you mean that there would be a variable range on the sleeping bag restriction zone based on how recently the bag was used?
to me this doesn't really make any sense. the whole point is to reduce the efficacy of the pile'o'sleepingbag approach to respawn spam. in legacy you had about 100m exclusion between bags; you could have 2 bags right next to each other, but unless one gets busted, you can only use the first one.
i think this could also be sorted with less active bags available (say 3 max) and no restriction zone, but i'm happy enough to try it this way.
