I have found a 7000 wood stack on one player crate... how they can do that?
Edited: simple solution... they swap object from the crate and big stack go to crate... please fix.

On a vanilla server, even admins can't move stacks larger than the maximum permitted. An admin can certainly spawn in stacks of any size he wants, but is still bound by normal stack sizes when moving and transferring.
There is actually an exploit, which can be done on a vanilla server, that stacks your wood infinitely. Won't post how it's done however, as i don't want to encourage it, and the dev team probably knows how to do it already, and are trying to fix it.
Making large stacks in your personal inventory has been a well known bug for the last couple of months now. There's no big secret there. A couple of weeks back, they added the function to not be able to move large stacks out of your inventory or even within it. If there's a bug that allows that function, then I'm not aware of it.
I'm the admin and the server is vanilla.
The bug is to swap one item from the crate to the slot in the inventory with the big stack, doing so the big stack go to the crate.

you have 10k wood in youre inventory craft as many as possible campfires stop crafting Tada! 9k wood stack + 1k works with everything
