How and who manages them? the developers or payed inviduals? why are some of them operated excellently and some of them are complete trash? Why aren't we announced when something wrong happens to them,for instance servers who go down or don't update for 3-4 days,maybe a short announcement or something so we know what to do and not waist time? nobody finding this offensive or lack of common sense?

Official servers (except Rustafied servers) = generally no admins and no one in charge, no one who can ban hackers. They are hosted on various server companies independent of Facepunch.
Official servers = more hackers and bad game experience.
They should really change the name to "Test Servers" - since they are neglected. And they should tell new players to think about playing on community servers with actual admins that can restart servers and ban hackers.

You won't get those 180 hours of Rust back no matter what. This is an alpha, you shouldn't be so attached to your stuff, because there's going to be a mandatory wipe at least every month for the forseeable future.

nevermind I don't care anymore,now I know that official server is < community one witch is unbelievable,any normal person expects official servers to be the best,but not here,i accept by playing on milan server that if I can play 4 days and 3 not I should consider myself lucky,next time il join London and play everyday,profesional administrator there gratz to him and shame to this one
