The first profile does not have rust purchased on it which could mean it was banned because of the person who was supplying that account with rust access was banned. Or the account was actually used to hack.
The second account is private so there is not way to tell.

Games do not appear on the All Games tab unless they're owned by the account. Family Shared games will appear in recently played but not All Games.
This account owns Rust.

EAC does not reveal detection methods, to do so would give hackers an edge on defeating anticheat. Valve has the exact same policy for VAC.
The only thing you'll get is confirmation that you were banned for cheating, [U]or[/U] it will have been applied by mistake and your ban will be reversed. I have not seen any bans be reversed, except for one person who was temporarily unbanned and then immediately rebanned because his account was banned because he was cheating on a family-shared secondary Steam account. EAC bans to family shared accounts also get applied against the account that owns Rust, and if the owner account is the cheater, the family shared accounts get banned as well.
Neither of us are EAC staff or Rust developers; we do not have any access to the ban database and do not know why you were banned (but it's probably being caught cheating).

Yes EAC will only ever ban for either actually having hacks, or a family sharing account having hacks. An accidental ban is [I]very[/I] rare.
Edit: I see that the account has rust I just missed it when I had a look.

patjung, EAC will not tell you how you were banned. It is important to EAC how stays secret. If you are EAC banned, you cheated. If you are not EAC banned, look at server, find owner, and talk to owner about unban.

i'm under the impression that devs/eac can initiate a manual EAC ban on a player that shows up the same as a detected EAC ban.
but yeah, as everybody has said op: you are EAC banned, and better off contacting the dev who initiated the ban. nothing we can do about it.

He already contacted the people who reviewed his ban, and said to speak to the server admins who banned him instead, he might've only been banned in one server.

nah, if he is getting the "EAC:banned" message, it's for any protected server. server specific bans come up with a different message.
