SulliG99 We have an interview process because as a team of adults we don’t care to play with the following: small children, bad players, unhelpful or lazy people, along with other undesirables. We don’t really have a “hierarchy” to manage players, thus any player that might join us needs to be of a certain type, and mindset to mesh well with the team. I can tell that your team will take any warm body that’s willing to play with you. Sadly successful teams like ours don’t operate in that fashion.

The complaint wasn't due to the recruitment thread it was the fact they were bumping a thread that was very old.

Do you only take people from NA or from EU aswell?
