Greetings from Ukraine, immediately apologize for my English translator
Earlier, when he was still somewhere DevBlog 40+ game was on the higher FPS settings and did not fall below 50 fps. And there was no twitching
Now the situation is terrible, firstly during the game, there are some jerks, camera (fps at the same drops from 50 to 40 approximately, when "braking pictures" but not always) (it looks as if the ping is very high, and in fact 25-30ping)
Then, after 3-5 minutes of the game with these jerks => FPS drops to "~ 10" brakes terribly, not only the game but also the system itself, even after turning off Rust, do not open completely, but "Task Manager."
Here is the photo, as even the screenshot was not possible to save, even though the paint has started).

in a rectangle shows the processes that begin to load the CPU from what hangs all. and the distance between the two lines, this is the moment when all the awful start and laggy.
P.S. the top graph is the "temperature of the GPU," she 66 (stable) dropped to 57-60
and the temperature of the CPU on the contrary, from stable to stable 62 to 76-78)
PSS photo made after switching off Rust, without restarting the computer does not know how else to get rid of the lag.
Generally, help solve the problem of jerks, and soon terrible lags entire PC.

CPU Intel core i5 4670k
RAM 8gb
Video GeForce gtx 760
P.S both problems on any graphics settings
Try using "fast" (second option) in the small menu when you start the game. I have the same issue you describe if I use anything higher than that.

Launched in the "Fast" nothing has changed, the same "braking screen" and after 2 minutes again fall FPS and CPU temperature rose to 74 degrees, turned the game only to those 3 processes (taskhost.exe, iusb3mon.exe, conhost.exe ) and add another "lightshot.exe" program for screenshots figure too fast for 24-25 CPU.
To write you had to restart the computer
did you overclock any hardware?
did you overclock any hardware?
tried in "MSI Ffterburner" increased "Core Clock (MHz)" to +25, but that was long ago, I returned to 0. Nothing like it did
Try loading up (resetting) your motherboard BIOS defaults rather than just toggling any overclocking features you may have had disabled.
This'll give you a flat starting spot to help troubleshoot. Helps to rule out a lot of unknown variables.

Thank you to reset the BIOS (very helpful), the heating processor does not disturb anymore, but jerking camera, and remained at 75 Hz and 60 Hz, as if to remove the "jerking"
PS Many thanks for your help
