Rust crashes wile loading/playing/connecting to server [win 10/8gb ram]

pc: 8gb ram, gtx 950 2gb, i3 4330, win 10
what to do?
tried to check cash - no effect
dx9 - no effect
running on beautiful/fantastic/good - no effect
upd whie loading game ram fill up to 7.5gb
