Yep, I just banned two idiots last night for building a base inside a rock. I thought this was fixed. I even tried the old way of getting into a rock that people have been using forever and it still freaking works. if it was like hammer editor you would put a instakill box inside the rock... tumor gone. How hard is it really to put gaddamm KILLBOX.... trigger_hurt
how about no. If still find a way they wont die.
There would be no possible way to get through. an auto death would be retarded and maybe someone would accidently glitch inside and die. I'd rather prevent people from getting inside period, instead of letting people inside and just killing them on the spot.

i tried the old way with the foundation and the door but i get a Anti hack message when i try to place a sleeping bag. I tried it on a creative server.

That's not how real developers solve problems. I'm not familiar with their mapping system, however from my experience coding in goldsource and arma, it shouldn't be that difficult to fix such an issue.

Rust is dead!
if it was like hammer editor you would put a instakill box inside the rock... tumor gone. How hard is it really to put gaddamm KILLBOX.... trigger_hurt
Or the Drowning status... gives people chance to get away from buggy places in the terrain etc.
Maybe they should just get rid of rocks.
With the issue of the collider limit, I doubt Rust would want to afford adding more triggers around to kill people with. Doing it the way you said, you might end up dying because you touched a rock: Not fun innit?

It would be great if they'd fix it.
How about make the doors react to players instead of players reacting to doors? This way maybe we could really "hold" a door by physically blocking it unlike the E trick in legacy. The way I see it the door should open and close at the same speed it does now but the players need instant control of the door without the necessity to wait until it's all the way opened or closed. We could perhaps block doors from the outside too; peep hole + spear hole? Edit: Doors should be equally strong on both sides too.
theyre able to prevent us 100% from building anything inside a radtown or monument. they just need to use the same building zone to place inside rocks. they need to modify the rocks prefab assets to include a small "no build zone" inside of each rocks. trying to stop player to glich inside rock is like playing Whack a mole. you fix one of the glitch to get in, the next update create another glitch. the real problem lies in that the inside of rock is a buildable terrain.

Yesterday i raided a house. I farmed 1 week for the C4. I checked all rooms but they was empty. The guy have another base inside a rock. Thats so frustating. Fixing the rock glitch must be more important.
Just remove the ground underneath the rocks so when someone tries to get in the rock they fall trough the map and then drown.

Best way to fix this problem fast is to force sleeping bag to be placed on foundation like beds. I would be fine with this temporary fix until they can get the problem fixed.
how can you play with setting that low scrub?
Either ultra low PC or Tryhard with 800x600 and everything set to low so he can own dem noobs like in CoD.
