I started playing Rust because of Summit streaming, instantly fell in love with the game. So every chance I play I usually load twitch and follow anyone streaming rust to support the community .. Sadly a lot of people take advantage of this and "stream snipe".. These guys do a lot for us in Rust, so they deserve help in return. Point is, vote for an option to remove your characters name on your screen, example: inventory. I believe this simple step would help a lot. Thanks. Oh yeah, and add feature to use number pad for key codes since they can kill you now after failed attempts
Isn't there already a feature that does all that?
Sorry, but I dislike the whole streamer community. Same with those Lets Play kids. I rather play the goddamn game before i watch other people tryharding in 800x600 with their friends. Thats usually whats happen in many streams. I rather watch Movies made by Rhynocrunch or Phaedo82, they are interesting at least.

Without streamers , I myself wouldn't play rust and I'm pretty sure a lot of other people wouldn't either .
Wow fanboyism... When has steamsniping has become a matter of top priority? I honestly don't give a shit. I once randomly killed a guy from 30 meters and he cried about how I was streamsniping him. I just spotted him and killed him. Didn't need to watch his shit steam to do that. Watched his stream later and it had 5 viewers. Wow such popular streamer.
Exactly, streamers often act like they are VIPs with their 3 watchers, and when they die in their streams, its usually cheaters or admin abusers ... sure because nobody can be good. Its always easier to search for the fault elsewhere.
Some stream sniping happens. A lot of streamers advertise their stream on signs in the game or change their steam name to their stream ID. They have it coming if they do that. Streamer mode in Rust has some limitations that need to be fixed, one that comes to mind is that setting codes on locks isn't blocked. Another is that some plug-ins advertise the server either in game chat or in some overlay thing they have going on for the game.
