modding community zombie server for Rust experimental.

why hasn't someone developed a zombie plugin? It would be very cool to see a lot of community servers have original or weird content going on. Id like to see modding support on Steam Workshop also.

Modding of an alpha game makes no sense what so ever as the game is still being created and is filled with bugs, adding the ability to mod at this stage of development would just bring about so many more problems. It's just better for the devs to finish their creation before letting anyone else run rampant with it.

I know that oxide do plugins but wasn't the op referring to open source where anyone from the community can create mods? I personally have come across a few oxide plugins that cause serious problems on servers with high amounts of coliders.
The devs don't officially support modding, period. It's way too early for that.
That's how Minecraft got taken over by the community - modding took off and made Mojang redundant except for platform enhancements.
