Why would it surprise you, with the amount of cheating that is going on, that they would be looking for solutions to said cheating?

It installs software that is essentially spyware, and does not state that in a popup agreement or w\e, as the real EAC does. brb court

Pretty sure EAC's T's&C's say that its essentially spyware and we have to be made aware of that you guys at facepunch can face some hefty fines... Just saying.

When we accepted the ORIGINAL TOS there was NOTHING about anticheats.... EAC's TOS says you MUST inform your customers of the changes to the service.

Their was just an update... its being activated very soon.... When they do if their is no TOS popup I'm not gunna pursue them but I ain't playing till they fix it.
