• Crashing to desktop

Just bought Rust today, every time I try to join a server the game crashes to desktop. Sometimes I get an error log and sometimes I don't, and sometimes it says EAC was disabled and doesn't CTD. I've tried just about everything prior to posting this...validating cache, reinstalling, running as admin, trying to start EAC through services, disabling antivirus, updated drivers etc. Trying to start EAC through services gives the message "The EasyAntiCheat service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services of programs." the specs of my PC are Windows 7 32 bit AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 955 Processor, 3200 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s) Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 4.00 GB AMD Radeon HD 6700 Series Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
2 issues. win7 in 32bit and 4gb of ram. 32bit limits your ram anyway, but the specs have been changed to 8gb ram minimum, and honestly rust needs it right now. if you can updgrade i think you will see SOME improvement, but until the game is more optimised, i don't think you can expect too much. sorry.
Rust is known to use up alot of RAM, with 8GB being the required minimum. That is probably the main cause, and as listed above ^. The 32 bit doesn't help your case either XD
First you'll need to upgrade to a 64-bit operating system, and then you'll need at least an extra 4gb of ram and you should be able to play, don't expect to get good frames on high settings with those specs though.
