13 Hours and no word on Texas III Texas IV and others?

Would be nice to know what's going on with these servers and why they're not up. Many of us call these servers home and would like to actually play on them especially since Texas IV is the only official NA server that is Hapis with 200 pop.
They are getting DDOS'd afaik.

Submitted multiple questions on his ask.fm about the servers, and he responded to one. Yet, he still doesn't list the f-ing servers in question.
If hes retiring servers, it be nice to know which ones. Texas IV would be a bad one to retire considering it's the only NA Hapis with 200 pop and it was always populated.
