How can I improve my graphics and performance?

Hello fellow Rust players,

So I'm playing a gaming PC

Here's my specs:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4670K CPU @ 3.40GHz - I've overclocked this to something in 4.x
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 - 2GB dedicated memory
RAM: 16GB
And also running a 144Hz screen.

What graphics settings should I be able to run with?
And how can I make my Rust run at it's MAXIMUM. Make it use alot of memory, etc.
