I have on the screen after the death out of space for sleeping bags.
Ie I put the bag and he goes over the edge of the screen and I can not select it.

no. the number of bags you can use is limited by the HUD.
Press X on one of the sleeping bags. It wont remove the bag entirely, just for the current spawn selection.
