Shotgun needs the same reload system as the bolt action.

It's been some time since the bolt action got fixed to only reload missing bullets.
Why does this still not apply to the shotgun?
Also, droprates on shotgun & custom smg are way too low at the moment.
When i am reloading bolt action it always loads 3 bullets. I knew that i heared something about it being fixed some time ago but i just assumed they didn't do it or somehow reverted that fix. Is something wrong with my client?
