So I have been playing a ton of rust recently. For the past few days I have had no issues with FPS drops stuttering or anything, but then I switched my games version to legacy and then back to the most current version. I am wondering if some video setting could have been changed to cause these fps drops and stuttering? Really anything I do causes my game to stutter. Running around or just sitting in place looking around makes it stutter a ton. Combat is almost impossible and building is very difficult. My PC specs are i5-4690 GTX 980Ti and 16gb of RAM. I play on 1920x1080 and on Fantastic graphics settings. I have tried on Fastest graphics settings and changing my draw distance but the stuttering is just as bad. I have not tried changing the resolution but given the fact I was able to play before on 1920x1080 with no problems. I also have tried low and high pop servers but no difference. And it occurs in both windowed and fullscreen mode.
Thanks for the help
