Help my game is Crashing after 20mins playing

Hi i need help my game keeps crashing every 20mins i join a server and play, when 20mins pass my screen freezes and it crashes. I have tried everything from uninstalling and installing the game to fuck arround with files. im not sure what is the problem, by the way i use a gaming laptop
