4k compatibility seems broken, game is unplayable - Rust

My inventory screen is unusable, and the game is unplayable for me right now :( [url]http://imgur.com/UXltdnJ[/url] Head is offscreen, crafting hotbar is offscreen. Playing at 1920x1080 Beautiful fullscreen on a 4K Samsung U28D590 monitor, windows desktop resolution is 3840x2160. Never had a problem before. Rust menu screen (ESC) all looks fine and everything is where it should be. Hotbar in-game is also where it should be. It's only the inventory screen. AMD Radeon HD7970 with latest drivers. Asus Z87-PRO motherboard though I doubt that's related. If I run the game at 3840x2160: The main menu screen loads, but I can't click anything. Mousing over the "shop" button makes it highlight and clicking it kind of flickers but nothing happens. I can scroll the news by clicking on it, but nothing else works. At 1440x900 the main menu is completely rekt: [url]http://imgur.com/SlDrIyt[/url] I'm not sure if I have played since the most recent AMD automatic update of my drivers. My new crappy AMD Radeon interface says I'm running 15.30.1025.1001-151204a-2... yes it actually shows the ... for some reason. Game cache validated OK. There are no funky overscan settings being applied to this monitor, though I do have a TV and I do underscan it as I always have (interestingly with the latest update, it doesn't underscan enough now, which is a huge problem for TV viewing I'm hoping they fix someday soon or I'm going to buy a damn NVidia card again.) My current Windows font scaling is set to 200% so that it's not an interface for ants on this 4K monitor. If I set it to 100% then the 1920x1080 mode looks like the 4k mode but it's all fuzzy, and like the 4k mode, nothing is clickable: [url]http://imgur.com/D9dnFoe[/url] Looks like there's some serious 4K compatibility issues going on.

Same issues with 2560x1440p, can't click on half of the items in the UI.

How much fps does you have @4k ?

Do you have a good graphics config which is not totally overloading the GPU, or do you just have a brilliant GPU? ;-) Thanks Edit: Due to my 144hz screen (with g-sync luckily) I'm looking for at least 60FPS+ :)

I actually bought it so I'll be more excited for my new PC which finally can run AAA Games on 1440p and 144FPS+ (which my 4 years old now can't ;) ) I can recommend it to anyone willing to pay 700+ for a screen ;)

My video card is a bit older though and I do feel that an 970gtx or similar would be very playable at 4k. But honestly it's pretty tough to tell the difference in quality at the speed things move and with the AA.

But you can do one Thing for your inventory: Open console (F1) and type this: [B] graphics.uiscale .7[/B] You can Change the value. But with .7 i can select everything. But the Game menu like Options i can’t still activate If I go in windowed mode i can. Ugly

For those monitoring this thread but not others, apparently a lot of this can be worked around by simply playing in windowed mode.
