Okay, for a survival game... Food is no problem, cause every BLOODY MAP IS FILLED WITH PUMPKINS!!!!!!!!!!!
It kind of ruins the surviving aspect, no need for camp fires either, except warmth....
Any ways just a suggestion to nerf the pumpkins!!!!

Eat meat when you dont like pumkins.
Fresh servers don't have pumpkins everywhere, its a players choice to place the seeds. I personally like to put a patch by my house, then put a few beartraps/landmines inside too catch my prey as they come to collect :smug:
It never used to be like that, and it wont always be like that, the current state of the game is not the end game obviously.
If you think its easy now you should've been here back in the early days of Rust when any animal you killed would start sliding away from you like a penguin on ice, and you'd have to give chase, fun but annoying.
There was also the time when all animals were freakin hard to kill, the deers had FTL engines up their butts and could rocket off to the sunset in 0.5 seconds. Pigs could climb mountains and disappear into rocks, while the bears and wolves were almost invincible.
2-3 years left of development i think. Then we can get serious about the state of Rust.
