FIX - for crashing when starting

hi guys

i managed to get on for about 10 mins (didn't try longer) with this fix

-high -force-feature-level-9-3 -nolog -force-opengl (put this in launch options)

i play on mac - no problem before wipe / devblog 92

this seems to have fixed it - will let you know after a proper session.
