Wasn't like this before the update
I got 10ms, 0 packet lost, 100fps on (Good/Beautiful setting)
Reinstalled Rust but problem still persist

Did you try on several servers?
I get this infrequently as well. Some servers seems worse than others.
It is most likely server side, try several servers then report again.
It depends of the server host and the infrastructure optimisation. A server running at recommended settings with good fps and good latency does not necessarily mean that you won't have lag. I've noticed that after setting up several servers with different hosts in order to evaluate performance.
i have friends who constantly complain about rubberbanding issues but it never seems to effect me. I have a feeling its an issue with the game itself conflicting with older hardware, because Friend A has a pretty ancient gaming laptop, and friend B has an old GTX 580 something something.

Meanwhile I'm running SLI GTX 970s and with Skylake 6600k and I still get rubberbanding.
im running an i7 with a shitty gtx 750ti, no rubberbanding. Unless the server is being DDOSed.
