Reporting cheaters with korean characters in there name

The sticky post says to include cheaters steam profile page, but how am I supposed to do that when they are using characters I can't type in there name? It also says to tweet them, does that mean the in game report function non functional?

Steam > View > Players

That should bring up a window showing people you've played with recently, and allow you to get to their profiles and so forth.
