So last night i purchased a ton of rust items from the item store, and for some reason they aren't showing ingame. I have contacted steam support, and they say that the transaction was successful. They show up in my steam inventory, but not in the ingame inventory, plus i am unable to craft the items in the game.

You need to click change skin on the item ingame, and they'll appear. You don't automatically get an AK blueprint by buying it, you need to change the skin after you get the BP. Try it with the large box if you have the bp on whatever server you play on or clothing.
No, by i dont have the items i mean i cant change the skin. When i click on the change skin button on a tshirt for example, i dont have the skin i purchased. It shows up in my steam inventory though.

Try restarting the game, if you haven't done already and try verifying the files. I'm no expert, but it can't hurt.

Still doesnt work, was hoping i could get help from a dev on this.

When I buy skins (more often than I'd like to admit) they always appear instantly after restarting the game client.
Couple questions- did you buy the skins on the Steam Store, or Community Marketplace? Also, is your account at least 30 days old and verified/eligible for community market transactions?
New Steam accounts have lots of restrictions applied to them for the first 30 days.
Just some ideas.
I tried everything, including reinstalling the entire game. Incendentally, i purchased them from the item store, and they do successfully show up in my steam inventory. I can't change the skin on the item ingame though.
