5 FPS while having performance and graphics settings on "zero".

As the title says, I have a big problem.

I've got an Asus Zenbook UX303L with the following specs:
-Windows 10
-8GB RAM
-Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5500U CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.39GHz
-Nividia GeForce 940M

I have searched for solutions but cannot find anything that works. I have lowered the performance and graphics settings to the lowest possible, and have chosen "Fastest" on Graphics quality. It still doesn't work, I can't get higher FPS than 5.

Please help me!

When I press F1 and go over to System Information, beneath GPU it says Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500. So is this the problem? It doesn't use Nividia GeForce? What should I do next if that's the case?

EDIT: I successfully managed to change the default graphic card from my integrated to my dedicated, through the Nvidia Controlpanel. The fps got up to 11-12, but is i possible to make further improvements?

Even I have more fps on my old laptop with i5 and geforce 555M (around 20 on medium details)

Nobody has a proper response but after 2 weeks i know the problem.
It has to do with Unity and laptops. The devs are working together with Unity at the moment to fix this problem. I have a GTX 860m with exact the same problems

I don't know the solution to this problem I have just seen it time and time again where a laptop/pc is using the wrong gfx card. Hence why I knew about checking F1 and seeing what gfx card is being used. Try searching the forum or wait till someone answers. The answer is there, trust me.

Btw raz. Nothing wrong with Windows 10. Works a treat here. Better performance in games than 7 or 8.1. You should seriously think about checking your hardware if you have troubles with it. I have none. If you don't use it then don't mention it. Like I said I have no issues.

I have the same problem when I am near a sphere or any building area. The underground pipes are impossible for me to even enter!
