I was banned on rust? heres what happened:
I just got home from school and updated rust (Was only a short update). I then logged on teamspeak to talk to my New Zealand mates who I have been playing rust with. Once updated i selected to join the server 'Sydney 1 Small'. After trying to connect to the server it displayed the attached message. My friends (who were online the server) told me a message was displayed in-game stating that i was indeed banned as i tried to connect. After this disappointment i attempted to join another couple servers and I have been banned on any other server i try to connect to.
I have never used cheats/hacks on any game let alone steam/rust. I have no idea why i was banned.
I'm asking for an unban or an explanation/reason on why i have been banned.
Myself and friends believe the reason of ban may be related to bugs in the new patch.
I've never have and never will cheat. I love this game and have spent $27 AUD and 120 hours on this particular server
I am an honest player and love to chat to the community and get amungst it.
I want to know why i was banned and urgently request an unban.
Thanks, Drew.

Wait for an EAC rep. They will let you know if the ban is legitimate or not.
Their response time varies from 5 minutes to a week.
If you did use cheats they will know. If you were falsely banned they will know.

Will I be notified on Steam or by Email? Thanks Khorn
They will stop by the thread when they can. All you should do is wait until then.
Bump;
I really want to get back onto my base before the cupboard degrades ;)
I am 100% certain i did NOT cheat in any way and believe this is a bug/mistake.
Thanks
