Saints [EU] Clan Recruiting - Various Positions Available

Hello, Saints are an EU clan who primarily play on Rustopia [EU]. We have a various mix of nationalities and therefore primarily are an English speaking clan. We are looking to bolster our ranks. We play the game to enjoy what it has available. We are not a full on serious clan and many of our members are casual players who enjoy building and farming. We are looking to develop our PvP side of things here at Saints. Therefore Saints are currently recruiting 3+ new positions.
We are currently looking for. 1. PvP Officer/Raid Leader (Substantial proof of leadership required) - Will run the PvP groups from the wipe and will be responsible for leading the rest of the clan when out and about later in the wipe cycles. Will also be responsible for locating raidable bases based on our available resources. Primarily to raid saturday nights. 2. Select PvP recruits (Substantial proof required) 2-3. These will be under the PVP/Raid leader and be lead by them. Responsible for PvP on the first night and defending farmers, builders when needed. Will be expected to 'farm' farmers and bring in substantial loot on wipe nights to enable the progression of the build. 3. Base Management Recruits - These are casual players responsible for farming and helping out in and around the base. They can be involved in PvP and will be involved in raids but primarily getting the base up and enjoying the game is their focus.

Curiosity. US EST player, but with vastly varying playtimes throughout the week. 2k+ hours, 1500+ with teaching/leading. Have a very effective assault strategy that has held up 800+ hours of testing and refining through actual in-game hours. Have anywhere from 2-5 people who could possibly be interested. Need more details.

Hi Steef, we have some US players already. Each player would have to be subjected to the application system but say for example you were successful as the Raid leader/pvp leader you would have a significant say in players you vouch for for pvp.

hope this makes sense, everybody obviously needs to be subject to the same system. Its only fair.
