So I was thinking of buying this game again after getting a few new pc parts so I need to know can I run it and my setup is:
CPU:AMD FX-6300 3.5 ghz 6 cores
GPU:Nvidia GT-730 MSI DDR3
RAM:4gb ddr3 hyperx fury
HDD:Some WD Blue 250 gb
And that is essentially it,so I just need to know can I run the game at 60 fps if possible and it doesnt matter what graphics settings
You will need a minimum of 8GB of RAM to run the game, along with a 64 bit version of windows. Otherwise the game will not run at all. I'm not very knowledgable with AMD CPU's and Nvidia GPU's. Someone else will need to answer that for you.

Yeah I have AMD 8 core 4.7ghz processor and nvidia GTX 970, they work fine together.
I have i5-4790k and r9 380 and even with those specs the game is laggy as hell for me. You can maybe run the game if you get more RAM, but it will be nowhere near 60fps. I'm having around 40-50fps with lower than medium settings. Your GPU probably is the biggest problem, Rust has GTX 980 as recommended GPU at its store page.

Your GPU is not capable of running Rust to a playable standard, you would need to upgrade it to get steady frames unfortunately.
As well as the 8GB of ram minimum, it even recommends 16GB as it's a hungry game.

AMD GPUs suck.
I upgraded to an nvidia and I can run rust fine now.

I currently have an AMD GPU. Runs perfectly fine, Nvidia is far better though. Just waiting on the 1080!

Most importantly because of the great driver support. As AMD user, you often have to wait days/weeks for optimized drivers for new games.
His cpu is amd but his gpu is nvidia according to the post. However your gt-730 will not run the game no matter the settings. The recommended graphics card is a gtx 980. You are an entire of generation of cards behind being able to run the game. I have a gtx 960 4gb with 16gb of ram and an i5 4960k and I can only run the game at 30 fps on the beautiful settings.
You can run it , if you want Good Graphics just get a Gtx 950 for only 160$ or get something like 960 is perfect for rust , 970 more expensive , 1080 TI lol Much power very wow
GTX 970 4GB - i5 2500k - 8GB RAM. Running Full setting, no issues. but i wouldn't recommend any lower.
