To run Rust on max settings with 60+fps you should be looking at the bottom of the chart. To achieve what you want you'd need to fork out for an insane computer.

If you could post your specs however, people could suggest what the best upgrade you could make to improve your fps would be for your price range.

I wow bub your better off saving for a new pc all together. How old is this machine?
Save up your moneyz and get a low cost gaming rig. save you a lot more money and time in the long run than trying to upgrade this machine it's just too old to really do anything.

on the bright side you can cannibalize some stuff off this rig into a new rig :)
