I mean, who is your GSP? Are you purchasing service from a Facepunch Studios-authorized Rust server reseller? If so, what is their name? (e.g. Multiplay, BMRF, HFB, etc.)
If you have hosting in Germany and are trying to put a Rust server on it, that's not possible right now unless you wish to become a Rust reseller and offer Rust servers to others.
You can't have a key for your own personal server. End of story.
