Translation of what happened in this video : They were raiding a new guy house that was suposed to be their friend. That's why they knew where the house was,who was there and what he have inside. People still think those kind of acts and videos are funny ? TL;DR : They betrayed their friend and raided his house. This video is a full tutorial on how to be a dick on rust and the type of player you will never want to be friend with.
