5 days ago I tried to log into Rust but received a message saying that I was EAC banned, I made a topic in another thread but there was no response so I thought I'd post my own thread as I'd really like to get back to playing.

You're not banned in our systems, nor game banned. Could it be a server ban instead?
Nope I tried on a different server to check this already it just says
Disconnected: EAC: EAC Disconnected

That doesn't look like a ban. It would say gamebanned if it was. Looks more like a problem with EAC not connecting properly.
Did you try reinstalling eac from within the rust folder?

EAC disconnected is not a ban message, and SMa has confirmed this account is not banned by EAC.
Make sure your firewall isn't blocking EAC. Recreate the firewall rules if you haven't.
Checked the firewall and that's okay, I can also play robocraft which uses EAC also.
Are you launching Rust from Steam or are you using a shortcut or launching from the exe itself ?
