This is in the wrong forum section, theres a section for this, And you haven't told us anything about the server, nor put any effort into presenting it, the use of CAPS and EXCESSIVE EMOTICONS is really annoying and misleading, Is this a modded server? Dedicated and Active admins, - Every server says this, every case, the admins are abusing and all for themselves. Give us more information, and dont just create an account to post this.
