Playing on same server as usual (Amsterdam 3) a player using my name using cheats roams around the map, killing me, my friends and several other players, getting accused in chat several times. However this player cannot be found in F7 to report. I'm suspecting this was an effort to get people reporting ME for cheating. Has anyone else ever encountered something similar?

Also note how this happened the day after I made a thread on this website. Coincidence or personal harassment?

Good thing the worst that can happen if a report is acted on is being blocked from that one server. Though its unlikely to happen as, especially since it appears to be an official server, they can see that the SteamID is different between you and the offending player. SteamID is different than your display name. It can't be changed without logging into a different account(and then its the other accounts SteamID) and as far as I and most people know it can't be spoofed.
