• Boxes and cabinets decay issue.

Im not a first person that point it, and no one will probably read it, but decay on boxes and cabinets is not best idea. Especially at current rates. Boxes have way too little hp for current rates, especially small ones. Commonly used in compact cramped bases. Devs need to understand that some of us actually have daily job, life and family to take care of, instead of refreshing my doors every 5 minutes to make sure that i will not lost stuff farmed for days. Dews im aware that you are ones paid to make this game, but mechanic like this narrows your audience down to 12yo kids, unemployed and no lifers. Its bad for your wallets. I guess this is it. Have a nice day !
they should handle it like they did in legacy if something is placed on the ground it will start decay, the only thing that should decay on foundations should be the cupboard if the owner dont plays anymore

Maybe they can do it like this! Maybe you'll end up seeing 1x1 everywhere, but if you want to upgrade for stone it will cost you at least something!

why do we want cupboard decay all of sudden? seems like one of the worst ideas in the history of the game on all levels so...why? we already have base decay....the guys base will be gone if he doesnt play...what are you gonna do go run around and keep tabs on bases so u can easy raid them when cupboards decay? yeah sure....bad mechanic all around

There are some nasty tricks you can do to make it frustrating to find your cupboard that got fixed with this feature. It also prevents a certain amount of base griefing. It's really not a bad feature to add.

EDIT: I wouldn't be surprised if doors gonna decay at some point.
i personally think only exposed parts should be subject to decay. so rot out the foundations, outer walls, doors, window bars and roofs, but anything inside remains intact (including other walls). anything placed on a foundation wouldn't experience decay provided there is a roof above it. otherwise, it makes sense for things to decay from exposure. a sleeping bag on the floor in the woods should rot out pretty quickly, but a tiny hut should protect it a bit.
I poo poo your statment
sickest burn i have ever seen on this forum;)
Honest question: why is anyone f*king with cupboard decay from a development standpoint? Wasn't it supposed to be going away? Weren't we supposed to be working towards a building system capable of legitimate vertical defense without the use of magical bubbles?
