EAC BANNED HOW 1200 hours rust never hacked ever actually one of the legit players

i want to know details and everything on why and how was i eac banned from all servers on rust. ive played sense the original and i was playing with a friend on rustified.com running back to my home and bam my friend said i was anti cheat banned ( i disconnected and could not get back on all servers now say eac ). please let me know if this has happened to anyone or what can i do to get a second look at this because im a legit player and would never hack i despise hackers. i was on rustified.com offical server for more info

EAC has made mistakes before.
Just go to [url]http://www.easyanticheat.net/contact/[/url] and message them. They might answer on here too.
The ban most likely has nothing to do with Facepunch - just the other company EAC.
ALSO, some players get EAC errors and it is not a ban at all. Can you tell what happens when you try to play?
when i click to join it says eac then it loads up screen goes through the stuff before entering came and stops on last one client and freezes up forcing me to close rust.

No one can help you here, you must contact EAC.
And believe me, you do not want to carry on this conversation anymore.
ok i have nothing to hide i already emailed them im a legit player and i know and if eac is banning people like me i feel bad for others big time.
You don't have to convince us that you're a legit player. Honestly, none of us gives the smallest of f**s. But experience has proven that most of these bans are justified. So... Contact EAC, if they unban you, good for you, otherwise, yeah, well.. Shit happens.

This doesn't sound like an EAC ban at all. It sounds like you are just having troubles connecting.
If it were an EAC ban you would get a message like this:

As said above, EAC shouldn't be causing you to freeze and crash it should give you the error message that you're banned. Did your friend actually see a message saying you had been EAC banned or did you just crap out? Hopefully it'll get resolved and you are a legit player and something has just gone wrong
