Any idea what is wrong?
I just ran into the same issue after adding a bunch of addons to my list.
edit: It's saying it sees the end of the file instead of the final closing }
In my case it was there and I decided to just re-make the workshop .vdf and copy over the addons again. Everything works perfectly now. With my limited knowledge of LUA I'd have to say that the .vdf became corrupted possibly?
