I'm using Excl's Jailbreak, and a few maps I have downloaded from gamebanana.
But the only problem I have ran into is that the KOS zones don't exist.
Do I have to set these up manually, or is there something I'm missing? :/
They aren't in the gamemode. They aren't really necessary, although I'm sure you can find a addon to do it somewhere.
