Need help with players downloading the map

Alright so i got a bug in the fastDL webserver and i can't pay
But i want players to download the map
I tried the sv_downloadurl"My IP"
and sv_allowdownload 1

Any way for players to download the map without the fastDL?

Take out the sv_downloadurl all together and it should work fine.
