FPS Drop in some maps, no addons, was working fine before!

Heya folks, how you all doing?

Now, my problem is the following: Since the latest engine updates, some maps are making my PC drop on its knees, and end up with ~10 FPS. That happens in GM_Bigcity and some spacebuild maps. However, it goes PERFECTLY on gm_construct and gm_flatgrass with 100 fps. Maxed out. Any solutions?

gm_construct and flat grass don't have much on them, Gm_bigcity and space build maps are huge and resource heavy
